Welcome to Oaklands
Oaklands is a small and welcoming residential care home in the magnificent Brecon Beacons National Park. It offers a genuine ‘home-from-home’ atmosphere and 24-hour care to elderly residents.
The experienced staff ensure a friendly, warm and welcoming environment. Oaklands is set in a large flower-filled garden which residents and their families and friends can enjoy.
